NAME - thank you for your message.  The University holds rooms at Graylyn for the Commencement and Baccalaureate speakers, honorary degree recipients and their families, as well as Trustees and other guests of the University. We won't have any idea if there are rooms available until we know who the speakers are, which could still be a while from now. If we have a speaker who has a security detail, we would need to house them there too.

In most years, we rarely end up having available rooms once the aforementioned parties are taken care of, so my recommendation to all graduating families is to secure a room now at another hotel (or Airbnb, etc.) because the likelihood of Graylyn is small.  

I wish I had more encouraging news for you, and appreciate your understanding of the fluidity involved with our speakers and honorary degree recipients.
