It might help if you add parents@wfu.edu, alumni@wfu.edu, and returns@wfu.edu as contacts in your email; sometimes messages go out under different addresses, so having them all as contacts can help. You may also wish to mark the messages you found in spam as 'move to inbox' or 'mark as safe sender' so we will hopefully be interpreted by your ISP as legitimate mail next time.
