NAME, thank you for your message.
I have checked your record and can see that we have your email listed correctly in Wake Network:
and that we have been emailing to this address. So from our perspective, you are on our distro list, so no action needed.
You may want to check your spam filter/junk/quarantine folder for any @wfu.edu emails, because from time to time people's Internet Service Providers interpret our emails as spam. I would also recommend doing a search on any @wfu.edu emails because you may find it that way.
It may help to add parents@wfu.edu, alumni@wfu.edu, and returns@wfu.edu as contacts (those are some of the accounts we typically send mail from).
If this is a work email, it might be worth talking to your IT department about whether they can tweak your settings so our emails can get past your firewall. If this is a home email, you can talk to your ISP about your firewall.
Unfortunately, when we press 'send' on an email, there is no way to guarantee how that email will be received and interpreted by individual firewalls or spam filters.
Hopefully one of the above suggestions will work for you.
With best wishes,
Betsy
