The Grey Line of the WFU Shuttle system goes to that neighborhood twice an hour M-F from 7 am-9:30 p.m. They drop off either at the corner of Yellowstone and Ewing, or at the roundabout just off Polo in the new housese near the offramp of University Parkway. So students may need to walk a bit from those stops to their destination, but those stops exist.
Between 9:30 pm and midnight, students can call the on-call shuttle service to get picked up at one of the aforementioned stops. Details here: https://parking.wfu.edu/shuttle-services/on-call-on-demand/ After midnight, option would be Uber/rideshare, designated sober driver, etc.
