[NOTE FROM IS/WORKDAY: The job aid is in progress as we work to verify whether or not the Academics for Third Party dashboard will automatically appear for parents. In the meantime, you're welcome to share the steps below with the parent who has inquired. These steps are an alternate way of accessing the content if the dashboard does not appear.]  
  1. Log in to Workday.
  2. In the Search field at the top of your home screen, type a keyword such as grades or classes and press Enter.
  3. The search results will include links to the content for which you have been given permission to access. Examples: If you search for grades, you will see View Student Grades as Third Party; if you search for classes, you will see View Current Classes as Third Party.
  4. Click the link View Current Classes as Third Party. If you searched for grades, click View Student Grades as Third Party.
  5. Click the prompt or type the name of the student in the Student field and select their name. If viewing grades, you will be prompted to select a Student Record (if the student has more than one) and an Academic Period.
  6. Click OK.
The student's classes or grades will appear in a table that may be downloaded as an Excel or PDF file using the buttons on the top right.
